I am pleased to have had an unusually broad and successful career including leadership of SME's in Packaging and Point-of-Sale Display - (1992 to 2007), followed by my roles as an Independent Turnaround Director (2008 to date). This has exposed me to different sectors, diverse stakeholder groups, and a wide variety of situational, operational, financial and governance challenges. Many have included the acquisition of new debt and/or equity finance and the consequent need to prepare sensitised business plans with an appropriate narrative to explain the strategy and the means to enact it.
