Stephen has been involved in the property market since 1999. He joined Christie & Co in 2007 and was made a Director in 2013. In 2010 Stephen moved to Christie & Co's dedicated Bank Support and Business Recovery team, where today he oversees activity in relation to the valuation and sale of operational real estate in the care, medical, childcare and education, leisure and hospitality and retail sectors. Stephen coordinates Christie & Co’s resources with the requirements of clients, banks and restructuring and insolvency professionals. He has a wealth of experience in dealing with business distress cases and by working in conjunction with Christie & Co’s sector specialists ensures that clients are provided with accurate and timely advice to assist effective decision making.
