Mark is a Partner in the Restructuring and Insolvency Team at Eversheds Sutherland and the Office Location Head for the Nottingham office.

He specialises in advisory work to boards, Corporate Recovery, Directors Duties advice for the protection of Directors in complex corporate restructuring and reviewing and enforcing security for Lenders. Mark is well known in the market place, having acted in most of the high profile Restructuring and Insolvency assignments in the Midlands over the last 10 years for various insolvency practitioners and lenders.
