London September 2024 - Decelerating distress in Healthcare and Hospitality

In partnership with the TMA UK, commercial real estate firm Colliers is hosting a panel discussion on how Healthcare and Hospitality operators can utilise their real estate in order to protect their business long term.

Following an extended period of inflation and increased interest rates operators have been juggling many cost and labour pressures, as well as rolling waves of demand for their services. During this panel discussion, hosted by Nick Hammond, Colliers’ Head of Advisory & Restructuring team, experts from across the firm’s advisory services will share their insights and experiences of supporting businesses during tough times and some of the key areas operators should be focusing on as the new Labour Government starts delivering on its election promises.

Join us on 11th September 2024, at 6pm in Colliers’ office at 95 Wigmore Street, London, W1U 1FF.
