He has over 22 years of experience specialising in Business Recovery Services and Asset Based Lending within some of the UKs most respected organisations including PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Barclays Commercial Bank, Santander Bank and Begbies Traynor Group. During this time, Johnny has built a wealth of experience working with businesses of various sizes, and developed business relationships which focus on delivering Business Finance, Recovery and Restructuring advisory services to SME businesses, Banks and independent Funders. He is now also one of the UKs’ leading Evaluators of Connected Party Transactions .Johnny is a Board Director of the Turnaround Management Association UK (TMA). a Fellow Member of R3, the Association for Business Recovery Professionals, and an Accredited Member of the Institute For Turnaround (IFT).He is also listed in the Credit Strategy Magazine TRI300.

Andrew is a Director in BDO’s Business Restructuring team. He is a Chartered Accountant and licenced Insolvency Practitioner with over 15 years' experience of working with distressed businesses.

He supports businesses and management to implement restructuring solutions, advising boards and managing stakeholders accordingly, often working under high-pressurised situations and co-ordinating a multi-disciplinary team. He also has significant experience in dealing with formal insolvency matters.

Andrew is able to thoroughly analyse complex scenarios, consider the relevant options available and plan for and deliver solutions that provide the best possible outcome for stakeholders.

He typically works with businesses across a broad number of sectors including manufacturing, retail, leisure and hospitality, professional services, not for profit and education.

Mark has over 23 years’ experience in professional practice including undertaking a wide range of advisory work for various businesses.

Mark’s particular focus is providing practical and tailored advice to clients often in challenging circumstances. This includes leading the delivery of financial review assignments, supporting debt refinancing/restructuring, working capital management, fund raising and merger related advice.

Mark’s focus is on finding optimal turnaround and business rescue solutions. His approach considers the broader requirements of other key stakeholders (including lenders and investors) and he has a strong track record of developing positive and long-lasting working relationships with Directors and Management teams in order to support value preservation and enhancement.

Mark has a broad range of experience working with boards of retail, import/export, leisure, not for profit and healthcare organisations amongst others. His clients also include lenders and other stakeholders.

Mark’s focus is in the mid-market with extensive experience working with owner-managed and private equity owned businesses.

Mark is FCA and JIEB qualified and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
